"Aged in 100% stainless steel for eight months after being harvested in early September. The wine has no oak influence which gives it a softer more integrated pallet. At first glance the wine has a light golden hue and aromatics of honey, cream and pineapple. The mouth feel is soft and smooth with flavors of citrus blossoms, melon and a hint of green apple."
