Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to BottleBuys that you are at least 21. An adult signature is required for all deliveries.  Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.  All shipments are automatically insured for the full value of the contents and an adult signature is required. 
Many states restrict the shipment of wine and spirits.  Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

We can ship wine to the following states via Fedex or UPS: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio,  Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.

We ship spirits to the following states using UPS: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington State, and Washington D.C.

We can also ship spirits to the following regions/cities: Kansas City (MO and KS), Wichita KS, Atlanta GA and surrounding areas, North-Central South Carolina.

Due to local laws and shipping carrier availability, it is possible that we may be unable to ship to your address even if you reside in one of the above states/regions. Please consult your local laws before placing an order.

BottleBuys is committed to getting your package to you in a timely manner. That being said, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time for package delivery due to carrier delays and restrictions.

BottleBuys is committed to ensuring that our customers receive a quality product.  Excessive exposure to heat can seriously damage the quality of wine.  As such, please note that any orders placed online may be held temporarily due to high temperatures.  We are happy to accommodate shipping at a later date during a cooler time of year.  We will hold the order in our temperature-controlled storage facility at no additional cost to you.  This is the best way to ensure that you receive quality wine every time.

Return policy 
If you have any concerns about your purchase, or received wrong merchandise, please contact 516-676-8400, or email us within 30 days of delivery. Any wines which are five years or older are purchased at the buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return.
