We are currently hiring for these positions: Floor Sales Associate: Floor sales associates are oftentimes the first people customers interact with when they enter the store. To be a floor sales associate, you must be able to serve as an ambassador for our company by confidently and respectfully engaging with our customer base. Team work skills are also essential, as you will be partially responsible for stocking and maintaining the store alongside your peers. Retail experience is preferred, but by no means necessary. While product knowledge is certainly a plus, wine and spirits training will be provided. Applicants must be 18 years old or older. Cashier: Cashiers are the personality of the store: the friendly faces customers grow accustomed to seeing day to day. Customer service skills are key to success in this role. The ability to leave a great impression is a must. Basic computer and cash handling skills are essential. Prior retail and/or wine and spirits experience is preferred, but not essential. Applicants must be 18 years old or older. Store Manager/Assistant Manager: Store managers and assistant managers are the core problem solvers at Bottles and Cases. Managers must be capable of performing a wide array of jobs and skills, including those of a stock-clerk and a cashier. Additionally, managers solve issues at the register, provide above and beyond customer service, ensure the general operation of the store, and promote proper employee procedure. Past management and/or wine and spirit experience is preferred. You must be 18 years or older to apply. |
