"Its purple bright color is the bequest of the small surface yields of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as of Merlot and the Greek Limnio. It is a high specification wine, with a complex and attractive aroma, which it acquired from its stay in 225 liters oak barrels for approximately 1 year. Its overflowing taste and rich body surround its vanilla structure. Pairs well with grilled meat and game. It can be served immediately or age patiently in the bottle." Winemaker's Notes
