"Made from a mash of New York corn, Rye, and Malted Barley, which is then distilled to perfection in pot stills. Aged in small newly charred white oak barrels. To maintain its rich mouthfeel and all of its flavor, it is not chill filtered. When it is ready to be bottled, it is slowly blended with Catskills Mountain water and bottled at 92 proof. Rich amber color. Candied citrus, rich caramel, mocha, cinnamon, roasted cashews, and black peppercorns on the palate. The finish is long and silky."
