"Crafted from a blend of lots of different years. Our strategy is to age our Cognacs much longer than the minimum required by the regulation, especially for the eau-de-vie crafted from the Grande Champagne. Generally these cognacs require long aging in casks to achieve full maturity. A remarkable finesse, with a floral fruity bouquet showing some subtle oaky spice.
